Guests and Participants of the Training Workshop are seen in the Picture
A day long training workshop titled: "TRAINING WORKSHOP ON PEER REVIEW" was held on 30th April, 2018 at UGC auditorium. Dr. Sk. Abdul Kader Arafin, Additional Director, Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)-Daffodil International University (DIU) took part in the training workshop. Total thirty four participants (Directors and Additional Directors) from twenty three public and private universities participated in that training workshop. The Honorable Chairman of University Grants Commission of Bangladesh, Professor Abdul Mannan graced the training program as Chief Guest while Professor Dr. Mohammad Yousuf Ali Mollah, Member, UGC and Dr. Mokhlesur Rahman, Senior Operations Officer from World Bank-Bangladesh were present as the Special Guests. Mr. Sohel Ahmed, Deputy Project Director (Joint Secretary), Higher Education Quality Enhancement Project (HEQEP) was present as chair of the program. Quality Assurance Specialist Dr. Ahmed Tazmeen and Professor Dr. Mahbub Ahsan Khan were the key facilitators of the program. Professor Dr. Sanjoy Kumar Adhikary, Head, Quality Assurance Unit-UGC conducted the overall program. All the participants took part in some activities and did some peer review related works. After successfull completion of the training workshop, the participants were enlisted as the 'Peer Reviewer' and QAU enlisted their name as QA expert in the QA Expert list of QAU, UGC.
