The Self-assessment Committee of Real Estate Department under IQAC, Daffodil International University organized a workshop on “Development of Techniques and Methodologies on Quality Research in Real Estate (Part-01)” on 12 March 2018 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at Room No. – 713 (Computer Lab), Daffodil Tower. The Resource Person of the Workshop was Mr. Rubaiyat Shaimom Chowdhury, Assistant Professor, Department of Management, Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology. Professor Dr. A. K. M. Fazlul Haque, Director, IQAC, DIU graced the workshop as Chief Guest while Mr. Nurul Mohammad Zayed, Convenor, SA Committee & Head, Department of Real Estate, DIU chaired the session.

Professor Dr. A. K. M. Fazlul Haque, Director, IQAC, DIU underscored the importance of Development of Techniques and Methodologies for conducting quality research in Real Estate sector. He encouraged the faculty members and students of the Department to learn their best from the resource person and apply those techniques in real research work. The Resource Person Mr. Rubaiyat Shaimom Chowdhury clearly discussed the issues related to quality research practice. He highlighted the techniques and methodologies for conducting quality research in Real Estate sector along with ways to develop research proposal. Among others, Professor Rafiqul Islam, Faculty of Business and Economics; Faculty Members; Students; and Administrative employees of the Department attended in the workshop to learn the techniques and methodologies of “Quality Research in Real Estate.”
