Department of Business Administration Organized a Workshop on Development of Course Curricula

The Self-assessment committee of Department of Business Administration under Institutional Quality Assurance Cell, Daffodil International University (DIU) organized a workshop on "Development of Course Curricula" on February 28, 2018 at the Digital Classroom, Daffodil Tower of the university. Professor Aminul Islam, PhD, University of Malaysia Perlis (UniMap), Malaysia was the keynote speaker. Professor Dr. A. K. M. Fazlul Haque, Director, IQAC, DIU was present as chief guest while Mr. Mohammed Masum Iqbal, Dean (In Charge), Faculty of Business and Economics, DIU and Dr. Sk. Abdul Kader Arafin, Additional Director, IQAC, DIU were present as special guests. The program was presided over by Mr. Md. Arif Hassan, Assistant Professor and Head, SA Committee of the Department.

The key resource person Dr. Islam conducted rigorous session on the mechanisms and ways to develop outcome-based course curriculum for business schools. He also highlighted the key issues of OBTL, lesson planning, graduate profile and course contents. The participants also took part in the question and answer session where the resource person responded positively regarding various queries from the faculties. Total 50 faculty members of the Department participated in the workshop.
