TOR of the Committee on Audit, Inspection, Surveillance and Monitoring for Implementation of Improvement Plan:

• The committee will check all documents (academic and financial) of IQAC and SA departments under IQAC (total 14 departments)
• The committee will oversee the fund utilization by both IQAC office and SA Departments under IQAC, DIU
• The committee will observe and oversee the improvement plan prepared by SA departments and suggest for review as they deem necessary to complete the cycle
• The committee will have meeting with Director, IQAC and his team, Deans and Heads of SA Departments once in every three months
• The committee will receive the detail report on all departments (SA) and provide a quarterly summary report along with necessary recommendations to the Vice  Chancellor, DIU
• Based on the implementation percentage of improvement plan by SA departments, the committee will also formulate a ranking of SA departments and submit to  the Vice Chancellor, DIU
