Guests and Partcipants of the Workshop
A workshop on “Designing the Self-Assessment Improvement Strategy” was held on December 03, 2017 at the Banquet Hall of the Daffodil International University (DIU). It was organized by the Self-assessment Committee (SAC) of Department of Textile Engineering under Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of DIU. The workshop was facilitated by Professor Dr. Yousuf Mahbubul Islam, Honorable Vice Chancellor of Daffodil International University. Dr. Mark James Bartholomew remained present as the Chief Guest in the workshop. Professor Dr. Md. Fokhray Hossain, Director, IQAC and Dr. Sk. Abdul Kader Arafin, Additional Director, IQAC were also present in the workshop as Special Guest and Guest of Honor respectively.

In this three hour long workshop, Honorable Vice Chancellor of DIU introduced some improvement plan and later all the participants worked together to produce some appropriate design for implementing recommendations of external peer reviewer team.
The workshop was commenced by the welcome speech of Professor Dr. Md. Mahbubul Haque, Convener, SAC, and Head, Department of Textile Engineering, DIU. A short session about "Smart English learning technique" was held at the beginning of the workshop by the Chief Guest. The faculty members of the Textile Engineering Department of the University participated in this interactive workshop.
