Department of Pharmacy of Daffodil International University (DIU) organized a Workshop on "Surveying Questionnaires from the Existing Students for Self-Assessment Activities of Pharmacy Department" on 8 March 2017 at Auditorium 71 of Daffodil Tower. Professor Dr. Md. Fokhray Hossain, Director, IQAC, DIU was the key resource person in the workshop. The workshop was chaired by Professor Dr. Ahmad Ismail Mustafa, Head, Department of Pharmacy and Dean, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, DIU.

Professor Dr. Md. Fokhray Hossain, Director, IQAC, DIU clearly explained about the aim and objectives of IQAC and self assessment process. He has also given a guideline on how the questionnaires will be filled-up by the existing students. The existing students, who were present in the workshop, completed the survey questionnaire for existing students accordingly.
Among others, Dr. Sk. Abdul Kader Arafin, Additional Director, IQAC, DIU; SA committee members of Department of Pharmacy; other faculty members and existing students of the department were also present in the workshop.
